Unassigned Disk Corrupted? No listing: Too many files

Featured Replies

It looks like both my USB disks that I've attached to my Unraid NAS are corrupted...

Anyway to fix this?

I tried to follow the Check disk filesystem on Unraid FAQ, but I don't see the Check filesystem status because this is not the array and part of unassigned disks.

Diagnostics attached

I have no trouble accessing the files on my windows computer as the drives are formatted to NTFS (screenshot attached)

Thank you for any help!

  • The 'Reboot' indicator on the 'Mount' Button indicates that the disk was not unmounted before being removed
  • You can click the check mark icon next to the partition to check the disk..

Do This:

  • Update UD.
  • Turn off 'Auto Mount" on those disks.
  • Reboot the server.
  • Run a file system check on both disks.
  • Mount the disks and verify everything is ok.
