March 26, 20233 yr As you can see in the pictures each drive ID is similar yet different than the one that's there, I really would like not to have to transfer all the data off or delete it all by accident, any help would be appreciated, the new jbod just covers the first 24 drives, so that's why the others are fine. Thanks, any help would be more than appreciated! (Also I put them on each line just to show where they should be it didn't do that by default)
March 26, 20233 yr Community Expert Solution If only the names changed you can fix that by doing a new config, assign all devices to their correct slots and then check "parity is already valid" before array start, but note that some USB bridges are not transparent and can change the partition size/start, and that would be a different problem, disks might not mount.
April 9, 20233 yr Author Thanks I was able to fix by simply putting them back and doing a new config, I kept my cache drives but cleared everything else and then rebuilt the parity just to be safe.
