March 28, 20233 yr I am trying to replace the key on server and am running into an issue. I am getting the error SyntaxError: Unexpected token 'F', "FFFF-5678-"... is not valid JSON what is causing this and how do I fix it? I do not want to purchase a new key but I’ve tried most things I have found about this error. But those errors aren’t this exact error.
March 28, 20233 yr That error can appear if you trying to replace a key not eligible for automatic replacement, i.e., it was replaced less than a year ago, you should contact support.
