Disk 1 not installed and Unmountable: Wrong or no file system help please! (Solved)

Featured Replies

Hello all,

Need some guidance. I have Unraid on a VM and it has been working great until a few days ago. Not sure how I managed to get my NVMe disk onto disk2 but now disk 1 is showing the error I posted in the title.

It does not appear the drive is bad as it's still registering on Disk2?

If I hover over disk 1 it states "device is missing (Disabled) contents emulated"

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance!

Disk2 was already assigned at boot, but assuming the data is all on disk2 you can do a new config to get rid of the disabled disk1.

Got it resolved by creating a new config. Moved the Disk 2 to Disk 1 and all is now working again.

Thank you for the help!

Very much appreciated!
