cache drive problems/questions

I installed Sabnzbd to cache/apps/sab

 

everything was going fine until unraid (or something) decided to move the apps directory to my Data disk 1 (and it was also copied to my parity drive).

 

Whats the deal? How did it happen and how can I prevent it?

 

My setup is like this:

Parity drive: 2TB Hitachi

Data Disk: 2TB Hitachi

Cache disk: 250GB Maxtor

 

Also interestingly enough, both of my 2TBs are basically clones of eachother. This is normal right since theres only two drives being used? Also, why did unraid feel the need to cope a folder from the cache drive to my parity and disk1?  Is there a way to stop it doing this?
