Unraid 6.11.5 / Two Disks offline

Featured Replies

Hi there.

I have a question. My Unraid reported a few days ago a read error on two Disks on my array. I was not at home and unable to report this earlyer.

So im at home now and first what i did was to do a diagnostic and a smart test on both drives. As far as i can tell the drives are not older than 6 months.

I don't know why that is happend. The array was working perfectly fine the day before i left it. Can pls. someone take a look at my smart files and diagnostic? I dont know what i should do now.

My Parity check runs every month and start in 2 hours. I Have two Parity drives.

Thx guys.

SMART report for both disabled disks looks OK, emulated disks are mounted. Diagnostics are after reboot so can't tell what happened to disable the disks. Bad connections are more common than bad disks, so that is the most likely cause. You can rebuild both at the same time after checking connections.
