April 2, 20233 yr Community Expert Pool is raid0, so not redundant, that means you cannot to a direct device replacement, since there's enough space you could convert the pool to raid1 first then do a device replacement.

Would I want this as raid1? I like having the extra space to handle big downloads. But again the NVME keep overheating so needs to be replaced.

April 3, 20233 yr Community Expert You can covert back after the replacement, 17 hours ago, rmilyard said: But again the NVME keep overheating Also what exactly do you mean this? NVMe devices can get pretty hot after sustained writes.
