Can't access webgui and can't figure it out...

Featured Replies

Hi All,

New to Unraid but liking it (mostly!) and want to learn.
I can't access the webgui via https or http. I noticed some days ago that https wasn't working but http was. Now both are not.

Things I have tried:
deleted network config and rebooted

deleted /config/ssl and /config/ssh from usb stick

rebooted with no plugins

tried to access it via local GUI/console with http&https, with hostname, localhost and IP

the computer time was incorrect, corrected but no change.

What changed recently:
I removed a dual port NIC that had a Bond but the webgui should still be running from the same (onboard) NIC. I had added some VLANs to the onboard NIC but I think everything was removed when I deleted the network config. If I do "IP ADDR" I see br0 has the correct IP I reserved in my DHCP server. I can ping it, so it could just be a web server problem.

I attach the diagnostics logs from the usb stick. I am confused that the newest one is called "tower" - is this a telling sign of a specific problem?

Was this too much info or too wordy or something?

Should I create a support ticket instead?
