How can I prevent my CPU usage from always peaking?

On my Unraid, there is always high utilisation as far as CPU usage is concerned.
Not always immediately, but at regular intervals, around 10 minutes, as soon as I play a game like SAtisfactory on my Windows 11 WM.
Parallel to the game client, a Satifactory server runs in a Docker container.
