I have an Unraid box running 4.51 I reboot the box and get an error VFS: cannot open root device "<NULL>" or unknown-block(8,1). Does mean my USB key bad or just the the boot image file. I tried boot on a different machine same error. I am able access file of the usb key. Any Ideas?

    I copied over the bzimage and bzroot on the USB key and it booted up fine...

    Run a checkdisk on the flash drive from a Windows machine.
