Temporarily stop SABNZBD and SICKBEARD from loading???

I installed Sickbeard and Sabnzbd. They both run/install during boot up. If I want to temporarily disable them from running at boot up how would I do that?

    Go to the unmenu Package Manager -> Package to disable -> pres "disable Re-install on re-boot" thats should do the trick. ;-)
