Help! Locked Out of NextCloud - 2FA Enabled but not Set Up

I enabled 2FA in NextCloud and did not immediately see an option to scan a QR code. So I assumed it would ask me at next login. I logged out and tried to log back in. Was told I had to contact the admin, as 2FA is enabled but not set up.

 

Can anyone instruct me out to use the console to disable 2FA? I'm a console noob and Google hasn't been my friend.

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
