April 8, 20233 yr Having problems with unraid crashing under data rebuild have exchange a bad disk to a new one Rebuilds starts and are working for about 10 hours then the server just goes black and stops responding. Doing a reboot starts everything upp and i can restart rebuild of data. have looked thru the diagnostics but cant find anything Anyone have an clue what i could be or maybe are better to read the diagnostics unraid-diagnostics-20230408-2123.zip
April 8, 20233 yr Anything in the System Event Log in the BIOS? Enable the syslog server (mirror to flash) and upload the resulting file (logs folder of flash drive) after the next crash
April 8, 20233 yr Author Enabled syslog server will post logs if it crashes again Only thing i see in bios logs 1102023/04/08 18:54:17 FAN6 OS Stop Run-Time Critical Stop found an other post OS Stop Run-Time Critical Stop - General Support - Unraid with same error and motherboard and was suggested to change Macvlan call traces are usually the result of having dockers with a custom IP address and will end up crashing the server, switching to ipvlan should fix it (Settings -> Docker Settings -> Docker custom network type -> ipvlan (advanced view must be enabled, top right)) dont understand if this is the problem why it started under datarebuild but anyway have tested to change this setting also to see if that solves it
