Kragger
Not sure what happened, headed out of the house to a remote location and I logged into my server (things were getting a bit wonky as I was leaving but I didn't check then). When I pull up the web interface now I see this: Now I'm all for having a drive that is 130 PB (ok the 0ing to add it in would take a couple centuries). Any thoughts on this? I've rebooted the unraid server, still appears this way. I can't remote-reboot the External USB box these drives are in, that will be my next step when I'm back there. Anything else to try if that doesn't work? Quote Link to comment
apandey
I would say check connections in USB enclosure, but then you probably cannot do that remotely. One of the issues with USB enclosures is that they are not passthrough and fiddle with disk names (and possibly more). It can be something as simple as a bad connection to something more severe like a failing USB controller. If you have to replace the enclosure, the names will change and you may be forced to do a new config Quote Link to comment
Solution Kragger Posted April 14, 2023 Author Solution Share Posted April 14, 2023 Thanks. Fortunately a reboot of the USB box fixed the issue. I'm migrating drives out of it and into my case so this shouldn't be a possible issue for much longer. 1 Quote Link to comment
