启动阵列就掉IP或者说是死机

设备：零刻 EQ12

CPU：N100

硬盘：NVME 京造 512G

开机后可以正常进入UNRAID后台，此时阵列未启动，可以操作设置和安装插件，但是一旦挂载硬盘，启动阵列，设备马上离线，局域网内就找不到设备IP了，看设备指示灯是有亮的。

请问大佬这是什么原因，以及如何解决？
