Parity Sync going extremely slow

Hi there,

 

I started a fresh parity sync and its going very slow. Normally runs at 200MB/s but now I havent seen it go above 5 MBps so eta is 45 days. Diagnostics attached.

 

The system isn't under heavy load

 

Any thoughts?
