April 23, 20233 yr Hi All! Just getting through my trial with Unraid and finally took the plunge to purchase a license and be on my way to greener pastures. Upon completion of purchasing said license, (easy as easy could be!), I attempted to redeem my activation code and was immediately greeted with the following error message: Unable to redeem activation code for this GUID GUID, 1B1C-1A14-0708-6A9936560827, may already have a key or it has been blacklisted. Everything was running perfectly fine (and still is... pending the imminent trial license expiration).. I've already sent the email out to support but not sure if there are any other troubleshooting steps I can take to rectify this issue.
April 23, 20233 yr Author Solution I would just like to say that I'm an idiot... after restarting the server... the license showed and pulled automatically via the My Servers plugin... Thanks all for watching me not do the most basic of things first Regards ultraflip
