目前在使用黑群晖，想转unraid，有什么办法保留数据的办法吗？

目前是四个HHD机械硬盘（组SHR）和一个SSD（缓存盘）

主要想保留的内容如下：

1）已经配置好的docker应用，不知道能否直接无损转移，因为不想再配置一轮。

2）一些影视资源（小姐姐）

    小姐姐可以抢救一下，在unraid里虚拟群晖，然后插硬盘，但是怎么看这都是脱了裤子放屁。。。还不如黑群继续用
