Problem with GUI Unavailable /bin/sh: fork: retry: Resource temporarily unavailable

Hello folks,

 

In the last 2 weeks, I had to forcefully reboot my server. I am not sure what the issue is but I can't access my GUI or SSH ... this is a sample of the emails I received. I m not sure if anyone ran into this issue before... I would like to know how to diagnose it / fond out what causes that as I am scared one day my Server won't survive the shutdown / reboot.

 

Any help would be appreciated, I am not sure where to start to be honest. If you need me to post logs, let me know. I looked this morning but I believe that after the reboot I lost the errors if I am not mistaken.
