Disk not detected by Unraid UI

Featured Replies

I recently replace my old 2 SSDs, but since I replace them, I am not able to add them as cache device since only one is being detected.

I use lsblk command, and it shows two disk, the smartctl also shows the correct response

The SSDs came as batch, so the serial number are just diff by one, and the WWN are all the same.

Not sure why the Unraid is not detected them, but I am guessing that it is because the same LU WWN Device Id causing them cannot detected by Unraid at the same time. If so, how should I fix it?

Try connecting the SSDs to the onboard SATA controller (or to a non RAID controller)

The RAID Card is in HBA Mode, and the machine is R730xd.

It's using the megaRAID driver, so not a true HBA, a true HBA uses the mptsas driver.
