Disk throwing reallocted sector errors, can I wait until it fails to replace?

One of my data disks has been reporting reallocated sector errors rather frequently and I was wondering is it safe to keep it in the array until it fails?  My server is not that accessible and it will be a PITA to replace the disk so I'm procrastinating until I have some free time.  Diagnostics are attached. Disk 2 is the culprit.

    The disk failed a SMART test so it should be replaced now.
