Laptop无法通过内网IP访问Unraid控制台及docker服务（Can't access Unraid Web UI and Docker services via LAN）

各位大佬好，我目前遇到一个问题，搬家后，Laptop无法访问Unraid，请求帮助，具体情况如下：

Hello everyone, I'm encountering an issue with Unraid and I hope to get some help here.The problem is as follows:

 

1. Laptop通过例如192.168.1.3的内网IP无法访问Unraid的web控制台，也无法通过[IP:PORT]的方式访问docker服务。但是可以通过我自己配置的外网域名访问（cloudflare提供支持），例如www.mydomain.com这样的形式。同时WIN10虚拟机可以通过WIN10自带的远程连接访问。

My Laptop can't access the Unraid Web UI via the local IP (e.g., 192.168.1.3), nor can it access Docker services through [IP:PORT]. However, I can access them normally using my own configured external domain (e.g., www.mydomain.com, supported by Cloudflare). Meanwhile, the WIN10 VM can be accessed through the built-in remote connection on WIN10.

2. 手机可以正常通过192.168.1.3访问，相应的docker应用例如jellyfin也是正常访问，没有任何问题。Unraid里面的WIN10虚拟机也可以通过192.168.1.3访问，一切正常。

My phone can access Unraid and its corresponding Docker applications, such as Jellyfin, normally via 192.168.1.3 without any issues. The WIN10 VM inside Unraid can also be accessed normally via 192.168.1.3.

 

3. 通过IP scanner扫描出来没有IP冲突，路由器中MAC地址与IP也对应，没有问题。目前已经把Unraid里面的网络设置改为了自动获取。

Using IP Scanner, there are no IP conflicts. The MAC address and IP in the router also correspond, and there are no issues. The network settings in Unraid have been changed to automatic acquisition.

尝试过的解决方法：

• 确认Laptop和Unraid位于同一局域网内。
• 检查Laptop上的防火墙设置，尝试关闭防火墙。
• 重启路由器、Laptop和Unraid服务器。

Attempted solutions:

• Confirm that the Laptop and Unraid are on the same LAN.
• Check the firewall settings on the Laptop, try turning off the firewall.
• Restart the router, Laptop, and Unraid server.
