unraid hanging on boot

I just built a new server an unraid keeps hanging on boot

it stays at  1915 [drm] vt-4 actve for gfx access

it does this  normal boot and safe mode

with my old config and a fresh blank unraid

 

Intel Core i7-13700K Desktop Processor with  MSI MAG Z790 Tomahawk  motherboard 128G of  DDR4 

 

any ideas on  how to troubleshoot
