Starting today I keep getting high CPU utilization. I'm unable to find the cause. When I tried the top command in the terminal nothing stands out as high usage but individual cores keep jumping to 100% utilization. I have a 5900x, 64gb of 3600MHz ram, and 6 8tb 7200 rpm drives. I uploaded my diagnostics file. This is my first time posting so apologies if I missed something needed.
