Disk Disabled, Write Errors, Won't Re-mount - HDD to bin?

I'm attaching the syslog.txt here - I've tried to unmount the disabled hard drive/restart/stop/mount it/restart but it gets disabled right away so I assume it is something serious but I thougth I'd check with the experts. Thank you!
