Accessing files during a parity check

I know I CAN access my data from the unRAID server during a parity check and probably also write some files to the array, but does it mean I SHOULD do that?

    Shouldn't be a problem, only downside is that the parity check will take longer (but I don't care about that, that check can run all night while i want to watch that movie now ;) )
