caseyLv
Sorry my English is poor, something wrong happens with my server after 2 days of up time, OS machine IP has been assigned, but there is no network connection, other machines under the router are normal. It was working fine before, I'm not sure what I did to cause this. tower-diagnostics-20230507-1945.zip Quote Link to comment
Squid
Try giving it a static IP address in Settings - Network Settings. Also set the DNS addresses to be 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 But you might also want to check the network cable. Use a different cable / port on the router/switch Quote Link to comment
Frank1940
I had a look at your diagnostics file. I see some IPv6 addresses early in your syslog included in your Diagnostics file. Are you expecting to use IPv6 on your server? At the end of the syslog, your Unraid server has an IP address of 192.168.31.206 assigned to your server by the DCHP process on your router. Does this seem reasonable? Is it what you expect? I am a bit confused. I will ask some questions to get a better feel for your problem. The diagnostics were about an hour after a restart. Were you having the problem at that time? Do you have access to your server using the GUI? Can you ping your Unraid server from a client computer using the following on a command prompt line? ping 192.168.31.206 Can you get a response from the following command run from a client computer: ping 1.1.1.1 Connect a monitor and keyboard up to your Unraid server. Log into the server as the root user. After logging in, type the following at the command line prompt: ping 1.1.1.1 Quote Link to comment
