Howdy, is there a way to set this up with lazy loading?

After a quick Google search, it seems I can start it like this on the node.js version.

tiddlywiki --listen root-tiddler=$:/core/save/lazy-all

Would this be supported on this Docker image, and is there a simple way to do it without having to manually edit something that could be lost when the docker container updates?
