Passthrough whole thunderbolt controller to VM?

Hi!

Is it possible to pass through the entire thunderbolt controller to a Windows VM?
I have a Asus ProArt Z690 motherboard with 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports and 2 DisplayPort-in ports to passthrough video.
I'd like to passhtrough the entire controller to have hotswap of USB/Thunderbolt devices inside Windows if thats possible?

 

Other hardware info:

13600K

32GB DDR5 RAM

1TB SSD (passed through to Windows VM)
500GB SSD (Cache)

Some HDDs for storage

lots of containers
