Featured Replies

Does any one have a fix to the file size limit?

I have tryed adding or disableing the --originals-limit variable but nothing seams to work.

exceeds file size limit (1.3 GB / 1.0 GB)

Apparently no answer to this question?  Did you ever get/find a solution?

Have anyone gone through this? I have the same problem. Photoprism app on my smartphone uploads large (> 1 GB) files to my Prism share on Unraid server, but the Prism GUI doesn't show files bigger than 1 GB in it's library.

Got the problem fixed by:

  • Add a container variable PHOTOPRISM_ORIGINALS_LIMIT and set value to -1
  • stop and start the container (not restart)
  • problem will gone for the next time when photoprism auto back up

SO this limit makes me question what Photoprism is actually doing.. It's not uploading the actual files into a database is it?  I thought it was just indexing my existing library.

I have the same problem: I recently moved to Photoprism and have had it ingest 101 k photos but only ~85 k are showing up. Lots of errors but also many videos rejected because of the size limit. Did that solution work for you?
