May 12, 20233 yr Hello, I have recently been experiencing an issue where unraid will just reboot. The timings are not consistant, sometimes it will be up for days, other times for an hour. I hanvent changed anything in recent weeks with unraid. I have noticed that my UPS has an error saying i need to replace the battery, not sure if this is causing an unstable connection which causes unraid to reboot. Attached the logs ppnhost-diagnostics-20230512-1705.zip

Turns out that I already had syslog set up! I have attached the syslog. I did notice that this time when it booted back up again it wouldnt boot into unraid. i have to unplug the flash drive and plug it back in, Ive never had to do this before. Could this mean that the flash drive is at fault? syslog-10.168.40.1.log
May 15, 20233 yr Community Expert Unfortunately there's nothing relevant logged, this usually points to a hardware issue, one thing you can try is to boot the server in safe mode with all docker/VMs disabled, let it run as a basic NAS for a few days, if it still crashes it's likely a hardware problem, if it doesn't start turning on the other services one by one.
May 16, 20233 yr Author It just crashed again and i see nothing in the logs - My server runs a lot of my home automation and would be a real pain if I had to disable the dockers for a few days. Is there anyway in UNRAID that i can test things like the Flash Drive, CPU or RAM to see if there is any issues with them?

You can boot into memtest86 and run that for a few hours to test memory stability. You also mentioned your UPS. Try running without that and/or on a new unit or battery Edited May 17, 20233 yr by veri745 ups
