Why is my i9-13900k load so high??

Hi guys! I am not doing much right now (except moving some large files), and not running much besides plex and file sharing, and my i9-13900k is jumping onto high loads like this. I don't know why. Hitting some times 90celcius just moving files. Idling at 50-55
