i started noticing disconnection messges when viewing home assistant on my phone and then cousin told me plex was acting up and i checked it it did it for me a couple of times. it seems to disconnect and quick come back. it seems all of docker is restarting but i dont see any logs showing an issue with docker

im thinking it is strictly a docker issue and the reason why im seeing an issue with HA vm is becuase im using proxy docker. ive logged into unraid one or twice and all the dockers ar missing and then they come back a second later but i didnt see any error messages on logs other than the following message
