webUI unreachable web clients can't connect

I noticed this morning that my Plex clients weren't connecting. Tried to login to the server webUI but failed (server could not be found). A reboot fixed the problem but I'd like to know what the issue is. Grabbed the diagnostics from the flash (saved during reboot).
