Your GUID is blacklisted- Error 403

Featured Replies

I have lost the original USB flash drive that my Unraid licence was registered to.

I have downloaded my key and copied onto my new flash drive. I've tried to register the licence key to the GUID of the new flash drive.

However, I am receiving error:
Error: {"message":"Request failed with status code 403","data":{"error":"Your GUID is blacklisted"}}

I have purchased a different brand of flash drive but I am getting the same error message.

Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this? Thanks in advanced.

If it is a new drive then it probably means it is one without a valid unique GUID.   You might want to have a look to see what the GUID actually is as sometimes it obviously not unique (i.e. all zeroes)

thanks @itimpi. I contacted support. Turns out I just need to be issued a url to download a new key. My GUID was genuine and is using the new licence now.
