May 24, 20233 yr Hi all It has come to my attention that my parity drive will not spin down, while the other array drives do this no problem. I have read previous support queries that resolved to an errant cache folder existing on one of the array drives, but in my case, the array data drives all all spun down with no problems (and no shares where they shouldn't be) so I'm at a loss to explain what is keeping the parity drive active (If I understand it correctly it has little reason to stay active if the data drives are inactive?) any help appreciated.
