Blank Screen after log on to Win11 VM

I am having a bit of an issue with using a windows 11 vm with gt 710 passthrough and a HDMI via cat6 KVM. It gets to the windows login page but then once I enter password I just get a blank screen. Cant figure out if its the template or something else. Seemed to be working before I added the USB keyboard / mouse to usb devices
