My Q170i plus motherboard's NIC (intel I219LM) can not detect eth0 device, please help me!

Hi everyone, I install tower in B460i strix, it run normally, but last week I change board to Q170i plus, after that my tower not run, I create new usb with 6.11.5 Unraid, It still not run, please help me fix it, I am thankfully very much. My diagnostics file is in below.
