As per title, everything was working OK until I ugrade to 6.12.0.  No Appdata, Docker won't start as a result.

 

Appdata is on my cache and noticed this drive has a status of;

C32100btrfsUnmountable: Wrong or no file system

Unlikely that this is directly related to the update, cache is showing some filesystem corruption, main issue for now is the log tree, see if this helps:

 

btrfs rescue zero-log /dev/sdb1

 

Then re-start array, if it mounts run a scrub since there is previous corruption detected, also take the opportunity to make sure backups are up to date.
