Changing Folder Owner / Group Within Share via WinSCP

unraid OS version: 6.12.0

I am trying to follow a guide on setting up nextcloud AIO container and one of the requirements is changing a folders permissions + Group + Owner via WInSCP. I am using FTP via Unraids built in FTP server. I am signing into the FTP using root. Any insight into why I am unable to change these variables on this brand new folder?

After fiddling around I able to install the container I needed without having to change Owner / Group Permissions. I was unable to find a solution to this problem though unfortunately.
