June 19, 20233 yr Hey all, Brief history in case it matters/helps: so I screwed up my disk swap and I'm at the point that I've lost the data on two drives that had died, the two new ones are formatted and the parity drives reflect that (theoretically). I'm attempting to sync and it's ridiculously slow (~400KB/s). I don't understand the zip files, but hoping that someone here can help me with that. Hopefully I didn't screw up the download/attachment there. I found this thread, but I'm not sure how it's determined that there is other drive activity. Last time this happened, docker was doing things in the background, but everything is stopped according to the UI and I'm not sure where else to look. tower-diagnostics-20230619-1426.zip
June 20, 20233 yr Community Expert Solution You are having issues with multiple disks, check/replace cables on disks 11 and 23 and try again.
July 29, 20232 yr Author To summarize: in the end, my 6tb disks were failing and the wires for the 8tb drive were likely a culprit for that issue.
