I wish to do a complete system wide reset (for personal reasons) as you would a factory default on a pc or other electronic device. I want to set things up as if I have a fresh install. new drives, etc... but I do not want to have to purchase another key, since I paid for the pro edition. What is the best way to go about this? You could try the Factory Reset plugin.

Yes, but for that Tools->New Config is enough already.

I haven't checked it out, but the factory reset plugin would logically include it.
