UDMA CRC Errors on NVME on PCIe card Dell r720xd

NVME previously in my Mac Pro. 1Tb Apple OEM card with no issues. 

 

So, card, slot, guesses?

 

Remove, reseat, etc. is what I'll do.

That is not an NVMe device, start by replacing the SATA cable.
