So, a connection issue? Flaky card?

 

NVME previously in my Mac Pro. 1Tb Apple OEM card with no issues. 

 

So, card, slot, guesses?

 

Remove, reseat, etc. is what I'll do.

    NVMe device should not have UDMA_CRC errors, please post the diags.

    That is not an NVMe device, start by replacing the SATA cable.
