I have had unraid for 4+ years on 3 diffrent servers, and its getting so so much worse i do not work for unraid but i speend 20h a week dealing with issues mostly from things that just stop working you have no suport and offer none. my server is down and im loosing $ because of this. please can we go back to it just working or do we have to go back to windows or linux (proper)?

It's working just fine and continues to improve in many ways.

Free support is on the forum. What do you need help with? Looks like you got help the last time you asked for it. Start a new thread with your diagnostics and a description of your issues.

I've been using it for probably 15 years or more and it keeps getting better. There is paid support now as as well as free. What exactly are you having issues with? Just saying it doesn't work isn't very constructive.
