High dockerd usage

I'm seeing all CPU cores at 100% over the last ~24 hours. I've trying reviewing the dockerd.log, but I don't know what I'm looking for.  All containers are showing very little usage in the Dockers tab.  

If someone could explain what they look for in which log, it will help me understand for the future.
