zfs advice

Featured Replies

I want to use zfs for a single drive for backup and my cache pool. I have an i9-9900K and 64gb non-ecc ram. Is anyone else here with the same kind of setup?

I get nothing but conflicting information online, and almost all have nothing to do with Unraid.

Thx

Not sure if that's what you are asking, but you can use zfs with your hardware, ECC is always better, but not required.

Well, it's not a question. I want to see if anyone else is using zfs now that it's official. Do you use it?

A lot of people are using zfs, including me, users with and without ECC RAM.

My apology. I should have posted this in General Support instead of the Lounge.
