Updated to 6.12.2 and now I have a dead drive - Is there a fix?

Decided to update my NAS to 6.12.2 and I have lost a drive. Thankfully no data was stored on that drive, but I want the error to go away. Does this mean that I have to replace this drive?

 

attached are some files from after the update. the drive was working fine before the update. 

 

Drives are iron wolf drives.
