My Config Folders Disappeared

I thought i had a problem with one of my docker containers so ive deleted it and reinstalled it (as had issues before and this fixed it) but now any new docker container does not appear in the app folder and i cannot see any config folder its like its completely dissappered and any new container i download fails as it cannot fing the config folder. My VM's work (have total of  5, 2 windows and 3 Turnkey Linux ) and the containers that i have currently are working. I did upgrade from 6.12.1 to 6.12.2 had issue so then downgraged back so not sure if this is the problem.   

 

Ive been using Unraid for many years and never really had what i call a major issue but this im sturggling with.

 

Appreciate any help given.
