It's been a while since I've used/reviewed Unraid.  IIRC, there used to be a way to cache all the metadata for a directory so that one could avoid spinning up HDDs unless the accessing process actually wanted to read/write to/from a HDD.  Am I mistaken?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

    3. Adjust your preference.
