I have

 

Supermicro mbd-x8sil-f-o

i3-540

norco 4224

3 120mm midfan plate

2 80mm rear fans

 

I need five fan connections plus the stock cpu cooler and i only have five connections.  Please help what am i missing.  Thanks.

Don't some of the fans use a Molex connector? If not, you can get molex to 3-pin fan connector adapters.

get a splitter or a molex convertor.

Plenty of options over at monoprice.

Been led to believe that these molex splitters are supposedly from Norco. Maybe it's what you're looking for.

There are plenty of molex to 3 pin fans cables around, try ebay even.

 

You can even DIY it and solder a few together but you just have to be careful not to overdraw the amps from the motherboard slot.
